Sau khi ký hợp đồng giao dịch, Quý khách tạm ứng 50% hoặc thanh toán online theo sản phẩm trên trang web https://topstarstandardgroup.com/shop . Thanh toán 50% còn lại sau khi nhận phiếu xuất kho, biên bản gửi nhận hàng/biên bản nghiệm thu.

Upon signing contracts/Agreement, Valued Customers deposit 50% or pay online accordingly with services on https://topstarstandardgroup.com/shop. Pay remaining 50% upon receiving warehouse outputs or delivery notes/acceptance of works minutes.

Nếu sau thời gian thỏa thuận mà chúng tôi không hoàn thành hoặc không phản hồi lại, Quý khách có thể gửi khiếu nại trực tiếp về địa chỉ trụ sở và yêu cầu bồi thường nếu chứng minh được sự chậm trễ làm ảnh hưởng đến kinh doanh của Quý khách.

Please clearly write the content of remittance included full name and used services. After done remittance, we will contact Valued Customers to confirm and process. If after the term of services, Valued Customers see us not completed or feedback, Valued Customers can directly complain at our head office and request to indemnify with your evidences of our late which influenced Valued Customers’ business.
